About
Eric Martinelli is a family, estate, real estate, and business litigation attorney based in the Los Angeles/Southern California area. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from California State University at Northridge in 1999. He was chosen from 6,000 students, by the University’s Business Department faculty, to receive an Endowment Scholarship for Academic Excellence.
Mr. Martinelli obtained his law degree from Southwestern Law School in 2009, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2009.
In addition to his expertise in family law, from premarital agreements to dissolution proceedings, and business and estate litigation, Mr. Martinelli brings to the law practice his experience of ten years in public service and also a management role with a Fortune 500 corporation.
Eric Martinelli makes every effort to negotiate an amicable, fair, and reasonable settlement.
